As the situation with the new COVID-19 virus continues to evolve around the world day-to-day, the primary focus of A Clean Image remains on protecting the health and safety of our team members, clients and the locations we service.

We are closely monitoring this evolving situation and are basing our actions and response on recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada, Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Worlds Health Organizations, and all levels of governmental authorities.

While sanitization has always been a part of our operational procedures, at this time, we have taken the following additional preventative measures to keep your locations safe and clean for you, your co-workers, our team members and the community at large:

From the start of the virus, we communicated directly with our Team Members regarding the best procedures to keep them safe by emphasising the importance of personal hygiene, PPE and equipment maintenance to prevent and reduce the risk of COVID-19 contamination.

We have requested our Team Members to help us in our efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19, by taking precautionary steps, such as contacting Public Health Immediately if they experience cough, fever and/or shortness of breath symptoms. In cases where they, or a person they know and were/are in close contact with, is sick or diagnosed with COVID-19, to please advice their supervisors immediately so that the proper protocols as directed by the organizations listed above can be implemented immediately.

We have increased the level of sanitization and cleaning at all locations we service. With a great deal of importance place on ensuring our team members follow proper cleaning and sanitization procedures at all locations they service.

In the condominium communities we service we have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitization of common, heavy traffic and frequently touched areas of the buildings.

We continue to inform our team members and clients about preventive hygiene methods to minimize the potential risk of infection and are ensuring our team members can stay home if they are not feeling well.

We are using a two-step approach to deal with COVID-19, first we use a Commercial Disinfectant Cleaner. Secondly use a diluted bleach solution process as recommended by the CDC, to properly sanitize the areas being service by our Team Members. For our first step we are presently using Member’s Mark Commercial Lemon Fresh Disinfectant Cleaner by Eco Lab, and for our second, mixing bleach with water at the ratio directed by CDC to properly clean, disinfect, sanitize, minimize and neutralize COVID-19 virus surfaces contamination.

Based on these actions and the guidance we are following from the world health organizations listed above. We feel confident in our ability to continue to provide you with our service of quality, to help you maintain your businesses and communities safe for business and living, while we deal with COVID-19. As this is a new virus and directions from health organizations are evolving, we will continue to closely monitoring any changes to our present assessment and will share any updates with our team members and Clients. At all times rest assure that we at A Clean Image take our direction and information from reputable sources. At no point will we make false claims regarding our products specific to COVID-19. We will continue to base our actions on recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada, Center for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization and relevant government authorities, always with the health and safety of our clients, team members, and locations we service as our highest priority.
